I’ll be wearing these for tennis, mostly. I was considering Oakley Half-Jacket XLJs with polarized lenses, but my prescription goes too high (-6.00/-6.25). Same for Maui Jim.
Looking around online, there are only 2 brands that can handle my prescription- Panoptx/7eye (Bora or Diablo frames); Adidas also has a variety of frames.
Does anyone have experience advice concerning the sunglasses I’ve listed, especially Adidas? What do you recommend? Please be as specific as possible. Thanks.

PC- It is true, these frames have curved lenses. However, with a Rx insert, it is possible for me to use them. This way, the tinted lens and my Rx lens are separate. Thanks, though!
the Adidas frame is too curved for your prescription. the other frame might be too but i cant really tell. here is some advise for selecting frames with the type of prescription you have. the flatter the frame the better. getting frames that are too curved or wrapped just makes your lenses thicker. the back curve needed when selecting curve frames for high prescriptions must be greater than if you were getting a flat frame. that makes the lens thick and cosmetically unappealing

Or would he have swiveled them out of joint long ago?
Poor Elvis — out there singing "hunka hunka burning love" and suddenly he's flat on the stage floor and his head is going "bumpa bumpa". No fun at all.
And do you think he would have done a role in a John Waters film by now, as have Patty Hearst, Joey Heatherton, and Miss Pia Zadora?
And do you think that some marketing guru would have persuaded him to sell his likeness to a peanut butter company by now, since he was so fond of PB and banana sandwiches?
And do you think he'd be playing Branson nowadays, on a bill with the Osmonds and the Smothers Brothers and Jim Nabors and the Captain and Tennille?
And would he have allowed his daughter to marry Michael Jackson?
And do you think he'd be on one of those home shopping networks nowadays hawking things like knock-offs of his classic clothing and sunglasses?
And God in heaven, would he have been a guest star on an episode of "Murder She Wrote" back in the 1980s?
i can't quit laughing long enough to answer ALL of that, but YES, he would have his original hips…. on display in a jar at Graceland, where you could touch them for an extra $3.
edit: perhaps he could be a guest judge on 'American Idol?'

I've even seen Jim Carrey do an imitation of David Caruso and the sunglasses move that he does at the end of every episode.
The coronor is a riot. Who could have imagined THAT as a comedic job?
LOL!! Actually, I LOVE Caruso's character! <soft voice>"Eric. Why don't you…….check ballistics…..for matching matching blood on the bullet." <tilts head down, puts on stunna shades, pushes back jacket to put hands on hips, then turns for a profile> I mean, come on! That's his signature move! You know "H" is the man!

I have sold both and worn both. I prefer the polarisation of the maui jim and the clarity that they give me. Serengeti is nice, and their polarised version is ok, but I get better glare protection in the car from the Maui Jim. Sorry, Corning.
